The Future of Schooling

Overseas Family Shcool is one of the first school's in the world to introduce online schooling to their curriculum. The biggest MYP school in the world has recently introduced the online system to their schol. However only students from this school have access to the online system.

This is a big step in technology as now online schooling is available in one of the most developed countries in the world. Mr. Bob Rainbow, the principle of the school had this to say: "introducing the new system to the school has been the biggest step that we have ever taken to improve the school". "Technological advancement in schools shows advancement in efficiency of learning and helps students learn faster", says psychologist Dale Wright.

OFS says that within the next 2 years they will be implementing the new learning system because they need "time" to work and gather the "right" information to include on their web-site.

Rationale:
In this article I choose to support OFS's decision to change their educational system from face-to-face teaching to online-schooling. I decided to support their decision of changing their system due to my group profile representing the 'futurists'. In this short article I decided to use selection of sources to be quite selective in what quotes I include and what they mean. I also choose to have omission. I omitted any unwanted words or phrases in quotes that might not support the idea of change. Thus sticking to being bias towards the change.
The image I choose shows a computer that represents technology and the big don't of 'Classroom online' gives the reader a head start as to what my article might be about. The image on the computer is a map of the world which represents 'connection and communication'. This means that online schooling can take place not only in one particular country but all over the world. This was intentionally done to further enhance my groups profile of being 'futurists'.
